Blue Topaz and Tanzanite
Blue Topaz
The vibrant blue of the blue topaz makes it a good choice to complement almost any color wardrobe. There are many shades of blue topaz, with the most common being the sky, Swiss, and London blues.
Legend states the Romans believed that it could improve eyesight, while the Greeks believed it could make the wearer invisible in times of trouble.
Tanzanite
Tanzanite was discovered in 1967 in Tanzania. It quickly rose in popularity due to its exotic velvety blue color with purple overtones. This beautiful gem was added as another choice for December's birthstone in 2002 by the American Gem Trade Association (AGTA).
